Dijital dental fotoğrafçılık
Tuğçe Ceceloğlu, Yelda Kasımoğlu, Koray Gencaystanbul Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi, Pedodonti Anabilim Dalı, İstanbul, TürkiyeDental fotoğrafçılık; tedavi takibi, hasta ile olan iletişim, adli kanıt niteliği taşıma, klinik muayeneye ek bir muayene yöntemi olabilme gibi önemli avantajları nedeni ile gün geçtikçe artan bir şekilde diş hekimleri tarafından ilgi görmektedir. Diş hekimliğinde fotoğrafçılık için ekipman seçimini ve fotoğraf tekniğini anlatan bu konuda çok sayıda makale yayınlanmıştır. Ancak fotoğrafik ekipman ve tekniğin göz korkutması, bilgi eksikliği, klinik iş yükünü artırma ya da kesintiye uğratma endişesi ve maliyet gibi nedenlerden dolayı diş hekimleri dental fotoğrafçılığı kendi uygulamalarında kullanmakta isteksiz olabilmektedir. Doğru bir eğitim ve yeterli pratik uygulama ile her diş hekiminin fotoğraflama işlemlerini hasta iş akışını aksatmayacak şekilde uygulaması mümkün olmaktadır. Bu derlemede dijital dental fotoğrafçılıkta temel kavramların tanımlanması, konu ile ilgili en son gelişmelerin paylaşılması ve literatürdeki çalışmaların tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.

Numerous articles have been published on the subject of equipment selection and photographic technique for photography in dentistry. However, because of the intimidation of photographic equipment and technique, lack of information, interruptions in workflow and rarely cost, dentists are reported to be reluctant to use their photographs in their own practice. It is possible for every dentist to perform his/her photographic work in a way that does not interfere with the patient workflow with accurate and training and adequate practice. In this review, it is aimed to define the basic concepts of digital dental photography, to share the latest developments and to discuss the studies in the literature.
