CAD/CAM ile þekillendirilen protetik restorasyonlarda komplikasyonlar

Günümüzde, sabit ve hareketli protezler, dayanaklar, implantlar, implant destekli protezler ve ortodontik apareyler gibi farklý tip protetik restorasyonlar için bilgisayar destekli tasarým/bilgisayar destekli üretim (CAD/CAM) sistemlerinin kullanýmýna artan bir ilgi mevcuttur. Özellikle protetik restorasyonlar için CAD/CAM sistemlerin kullanýmý rutin kullanýma girmiþtir. Bu nedenle, CAD/ CAM ile þekillendirilen restorasyonlarýn klinik kullanýmlarýna ile ilgili komplikasyonlara iliþkin veriler önem taþýmaktadýr. CAD/ CAM restorasyonlarda; biyolojik, teknik ve estetik gibi farklý komplikasyonlar oluþabilmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacý CAD/CAM ile þekillendirilen protetik restorasyonlarýn farklý komplikasyonlarýný rapor etmektir. Complications of CAD/CAM guided prosthetic restorations

Nowadays, there is a greater interest in the computer-assisted design/computer-assisted manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems for different type of prosthetic restorations as fixed and removable prosthesis, abutments, implants, implant supported prosthesis and orthodontic apparatus. Especially for prosthetic restorations, the usage of CAD/CAM systems are entered into routine use. Therefore, the data associated with the complications related with the clinical use of CAD/CAM guided restorations are important. Different complications such as biological, technical and esthetic could occur with CAD/CAM restorations. The aim of this review is to report the different complications of CAD/CAM guided prosthetic restorations.
